We want your Serdyn order to reach you quickly and safely. Here is everything you need to know about how we ship.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and handed to our courier within 72 hours of receiving payment confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched, including a tracking number.

2. Delivery Time

Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times via The Courier Guy are:

  • Major centres (Cape Town, Johannesburg, Durban, Pretoria): 1–3 business days
  • Regional and outlying areas: 3–5 business days

Please note: delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier volumes, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control. We will do our best to keep you updated if there are any delays.

Shipping costs for orders below R1500 are calculated automatically at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery address.

4. Our Courier Partner

We ship all orders via The Courier Guy, one of South Africa’s trusted door-to-door courier services. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow your parcel’s journey.

5. Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is complete and correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address. If you need to update your address after placing an order, contact us immediately at info@serdyn.co.za — we will do our best to assist before the order is dispatched.

6. Alcohol Deliveries

We ship wine and gin to all provinces across South Africa. Please note the following important conditions for alcohol deliveries:

  • Someone 18 years of age or older must be present to sign for and receive the delivery
  • The courier may request proof of age upon delivery
  • If no one is available to receive the delivery, the courier will leave a notification card and attempt redelivery or hold the parcel at a collection point

7. Damaged or Missing Orders

We take care to pack all orders securely. However, if your order arrives damaged or an item is missing, please:

  • Take photos of the damaged packaging and product immediately
  • Contact us at info@serdyn.co.za within 48 hours of delivery
  • We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible

Claims made after 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted.

8. Click & Collect

If you are local to Riebeek Wes, you are welcome to collect your order directly from Weltevrede Farm. Please contact us first to arrange a suitable time:
